A condom size calculator helps determine the correct condom fit based on circumference measurements. Proper sizing is a critical factor in contraceptive effectiveness and STI prevention. A condom that fits correctly is less likely to break or slip, providing reliable protection and greater comfort during use.

Measure around the thickest part of the shaft

Helps refine length recommendations

How to Measure

1

Circumference (Required)

Wrap a flexible measuring tape or a piece of string around the thickest part of the shaft while erect. If using string, mark where it overlaps, then lay it flat against a ruler to get the circumference measurement.

2

Length (Optional)

Measure along the top from the base to the tip while erect. Press the ruler gently against the pubic bone for consistency. Length helps refine recommendations but circumference is the primary factor for condom sizing.

3

Tips for Accuracy

Measure at full erection for the most accurate result. Take two or three measurements on different occasions and use the average. This accounts for normal variation.

Condom Materials Guide

Latex

The most common material. Highly elastic, effective against pregnancy and STIs. Not suitable for individuals with latex allergies. Compatible with water-based and silicone-based lubricants only.

STI Protection

Polyisoprene

Synthetic latex-free alternative with similar stretch and feel to latex. Provides full protection against pregnancy and STIs. A reliable choice for those with latex sensitivities.

STI Protection Latex-Free

Polyurethane

Thinner synthetic material that transfers heat well. Protects against pregnancy and STIs. Less elastic than latex, so proper sizing is especially important. Compatible with all lubricant types.

STI Protection Latex-Free

Lambskin (Natural Membrane)

Made from natural animal membrane. Effective for pregnancy prevention, but the porous structure does not block viruses or bacteria. Not recommended for STI protection.
