How to Use the Trivia Question Generator
This random trivia question generator has 200+ questions across 8 categories — ideal for solo study, quiz warmups, or competitive group play where you need a fair question curator.
Step 1: Set Your Filters
Choose a category (General Knowledge, Science, History, Geography, Entertainment, Sports, Technology, or Nature) and a difficulty level (Easy, Medium, Hard). Leave both on "All" for a fully mixed session.
Step 2: Get a Question
Click "Next Question" and a random question appears on the card with its category and difficulty badge. The answer stays hidden so you can think — or challenge a group before revealing.
Step 3: Reveal and Score
Click "Reveal Answer" when ready. The answer fades in with an optional explanation. Then click "I Knew It" to score a point or "Didn't Know" to track it as a miss. Your running score (correct / seen) shows in the sidebar.
Timer Mode for Added Pressure
Toggle on Timer Mode and pick 15, 30, or 60 seconds. A progress bar counts down, and the answer auto-reveals when time runs out. Great for keeping a competitive game moving at pace.
Track Your Progress
The Recent Questions panel shows the last 10 questions with your answer outcome. Use this at the end of a session to review the ones you missed.
